Navigate to the unwrap tab of the wrap/unwrap page here.

Select the token you want to unwrap in the drop down modal.

Fill in the amount you’d like to unwrap or press MAX, then click the downgrade button.

Accept the pending transaction in your wallet, then when the transaction has been included in a block, your underlying tokens will have been returned to your address.
