If you are reading this article you have probably seen the error below in pop up in our Dashboard, we are here to help you resolve it.
This error appears when the Dashboard isn't able to retrieve data from the blockchain network successfully, most likely due to the RPC endpoint you are connecting to failing to respond to our data query request.
The most common solution is simply changing the RPC to another that isn't failing at this very moment.
Instructions for Polygon Network
You can either try to use our own RPC by following the steps in this article or just follow the simple steps below:
Step 1 - Open your Metamask Wallet and click on the Network menu on the Top Right (if you are using another wallet try to navigate to the Network configuration where you can find the RPC and Chain ID details)
Step 2 - Select Custom RPC at the bottom of the menu
Step 3 - Insert the data below in the relative fields as asked by Metamask
New RPC URL
Try https://polygon-rpc.com/ first.
If that doesn't work too try https://rpc-mainnet.maticvigil.com
Block Explorer URL
If you already have a network setup for Polygon using Chain ID 137 Metamask might refuse to add a new one, if this is the case you can edit your existing network configuration for Polygon following these steps:
Click My Accounts > Settings > Networks;
Update the RPC URL to one of those listed above.

Congratulations, now you should be able to use our Dashboard with no issues or errors popping up.
